Several of these options feature on-demand videos with varying intensity levels, and some offer live Zoom group classes.

While several of these resources are tailored for the Parkinson’s population, many can be utilized and adapted for individuals without PD. I recommend reaching out to the source to inquire about qualifications and the possibility of others participating.
